1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not working properly on arrival.
  • You received the wrong product or a missing item.
  • You wish to return an unused and unopened item within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
  • Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Certain products like personal care devices, software, or items without seals may not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you paid using COD, we may issue a bank transfer or wallet credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
